These Terms of Use  specify the rules that apply to the use of Inpraxi.online (the “Website“, „platform“) as well as the associated subdomains jointly managed by the  partners of the »New era WBL: a personalized approach through structured digitalization PROcess”project ( »WBL PRO 2.0« or »We«) including content made available through this website.

1. Definitions,

Inpraxi: website, platform www.inpraxi.online and all it’s subdomains

Education providers: educational institutes, schools, and their employees.   

Learners: students, interns, trainees, apprentices, talent - persons who are looking for a work-based learning experience on Inpraxi. They may be students, recent graduates or adults wishing to learn new skills in a real-work environment.

Teacher: a person employed at the Educational institute registered to Inpraxi. By registering to Inpraxi, the teacher commits to responsibility for the registration and use of Inpraxi by their students.  

Educational institute coordinator: („coordinator“) person employed at the Educational institute who is responsible for their school’s work-based learning activities. By registering to Inpraxi, the coordinator commits to responsibility for the registration and use of Inpraxi by their students and to mentor and support learners before and during their internship.

Employers: companies, firms, other organizations, and their employees who provide internship positions and are looking for learners.

Company tutor: a person employed in a company, firm, or any other organization who registers to Inpraxi and commits to mentoring and supporting learners before and during the internship at their firm.

Company referent: a person employed in a company, firm, or any other organization who registers to Inprax, and manages their accounts and profiles.

Inpraxi administrator: a person from a company or educational institute who is the first person from said company or educational institute to register Inpraxi and creates an „Employer“ or „Education provider“ account, compiles their Employer or Education provider public profile, creates accounts of in-company trainers, school coordinators, and/or learners.  The Inpraxi administrator may cover one or more roles on the website ie.: company tutor, company referent, educational institute coordinator, and/or teacher.  

Users: All user groups described above registered on Inpraxi.

Match: a connection between a learner and employer that is established after a Learner applies to an internship offer.

Inpraxi App: „internship page“ free online internship management system accessible to Inpraxi users (Learners and Employers) who match on Inpraxi.

Work-based learning (WBL): all forms of learning that take place in a real work environment such as internships, apprenticeships, traineeships, and on-the-job training.

2. General Provisions

Inpraxi is a platform that enables learners, educational institutes and employers to publish internship offers and connect to arrange and manage internship placements, and to exchange information and resources on work-based learning.   

By using the Website, You agree that Inpraxi and WBO PRO 2.0 are not a party to any agreements entered into between users nor are Inpraxi and WBO PRO 2.0 a travel agency, an organised exchange program, an agent, or an insurer. Inpraxi does not monitor the users and disclaims all liability in this regard.

By using the Website you expressly warrant that you have riched the digital age of consent in your country or that your account has been created by your Educational institution's Inpraxi administrator who is responsible for the eligibility and the use of Inpraxi by their learners, especially for learners under the digital age of consent and have therefore obtained the consent of their parents or legal guardians (see below »Eligibility«).

By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and to be legally bound by them and by our Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as Terms), whether or not you register to the Website. Any use of the Website is governed by these Terms.

3. Registration

Registration to Inpraxi and the use of all its tools and content is free of charge for all users.

Next to the possibility to use the Website purely for information purposes, we offer diverse services. To be able to use them you would be requested to register and provide your more detailed personal data which we use for the provision of the concerned service and which are covered by our Privacy Policy and eligibility rules described in the foregoing.

4. Eligibility

The use of Inpraxi is prohibited for persons under the age of 13.

The digital age of consent in EU Member States varies between 13 and 16 years  (Check with your National Data Protection Authority).

The use of the Website is also granted to users under the legal age required in their country to use information society services exclusively if their accounts are activated by the Inpraxi administrator of their Educational institute who will therefore assume all responsibility for the eligibility, registration, and use of Inpraxi of the minor students.  

The use and registration to Inpraxi is only permitted to natural and legal persons who have not been convicted of any crime. 

5. User Roles and Authorisations

By registering to Inpraxi, you confirm you have all the authorizations, including the consent of the relevant natural persons, necessary to provide the personal data and information, pursuant to this Terms.

In order to prove a secure and positive user experience, Inpraxi allows for the registration of different roles described in the foregoing.

a. Learners and Education providers

Inpraxi administrator: a person from an educational institution who is the first to register to Inpraxi, completes the educational institution profile; creates accounts of coordinators, teachers, and learners; and views learners‘ internships.

Coordinator: a person who coordinates internships at educational institution (may be the same person as Inpraxi administrator). On Inpraxi has access to the list of learners from their institute, and manages learners' registration requests and active internships. The coordinator completes their Educational institute profile and activates accounts for other user roles. The coordinator supervises and supports the learners in their use of the platform throughout their internship experiences. This includes the creation of learners' profiles, the application to internship offers, the communication with employers, the organization of internship placements, the supervision and support of learners and employers during their internship placements, and the final evaluation of the internship.

By registering as a coordinator, you commit to verify learners‘ eligibility, monitor their use of Inpraxi, and ensure that their use of Inpraxi is in compliance with this Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.

Teacher: a person from an educational institution with the same authorizations as a coordinator (see above). This is an optional user account that can be created by teachers who need to be involved in the organisation of their students' internships and the fulfillment of the internship plan. 

By registering as a teacher, you commit to verify learners‘ eligibility, monitor their use of Inpraxi, and ensure that their use of Inpraxi is in compliance with these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.

Learner: in order to register to the Website, learners must contact their Educational Institute's responsible person who has to create their Educational institute Inpraxi profile, assess the learner's eligibility, and create the learner's Inpraxi account. Learners who are  16 of age or older can also send a request for the creation of their Inpraxi account through the Website to their Inpraxi administrator who can activate their account after confirming their eligibility (see part »Eligibility« above). Learners can complete their Inpraxi profiles, view registered Employers and internship offers, apply to internship offers, and manage their internship placements before, during, and after their internships.  Learners' profiles can only be seen by the Employers to whom they apply.

b. Employers

Inpraxi administrator: a person employed in a company, firm, or any other organization who is the first to register to Inpraxi; has the authorization to create accounts of Company tutor or referent; view companies' internship offers and active internships.

Company referent: a person employed in a company, firm, or any other organization responsible for the management of internship;  must complete the »Employer profile«, can post internship offers, has the authorization to create and/or activate other accounts, and manage internship placement on the Inpraxi platform.

Company tutor: a person employed in a company, firm, or any other organization who commits to tutoring and supporting interns during their internship. On Inpraxi manages the internship applications that the learners together with their teachers have sent to the company, accepts or decline applications, organizes the internship placement together with learners and their teacher/coordinators, follows their progress, and completes the final evaluation of the learner.

6. Obligations

When registering to Inpraxi as a learner, education provider, or employer you agree and confirm the following Data processing and Conduct principles:

   Data processing principles

  • You have riched the digital age of consent in your country;
  • You will use your real name, address and contact details;
  • All other information you provide will be accurate and true;
  • You are responsible for your own account security and you will not share your account details with any other person;
  • You are responsible for exercising the greatest possible care when using IDs, passwords, user names, or other security devices provided in connection with Inpraxi and for taking every measure to ensure the confidential, secure handling of the data and to prevent their disclosure to third parties.
  • You will process user data confidentially and following these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, GDPR, and the valid/applicable data protection laws and the protection of telecommunications. Inpraxi is not liable for any damages incurred.
  • You will not disclose user data to third parties unless this is necessary to fill a specific internship vacancy or the learner expressly agrees to its further use and storage outside Inpraxi. The responsibility here lies exclusively with the employers and learners and their educational institutes.
  • If an intended internship relationship does not materialize, the employer will delete all data of the learner concerned, unless the learner expressly consents to the further use and storage outside Inpraxi. The responsibility here lies exclusively with the employers and learners and their educational institutes.
  • Data of learners may only be processed in connection with the filling of vacancies, also the contacting of learners may only take place for this purpose.
  • You are aware that if you post any of your personal information in public areas of Inpraxi, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. Inpraxi is not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of Inpraxi or its present and future social media profiles and linked media outlets.

7. Conduct principles

By using Inpraxi you understand and agree that the purpose of internships is the exchange of skills and knowledge for the benefit of all users involved. You therefore agree and confirm that:

  • You will not use the Website for profit or any kind of illegal activity;
  • You will not post false, inaccurate, or misleading information, advertisements, post chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
  • As a company tutor or educational institute referent or teacher you commit to monitor and support all learners involved in internship experiences;
  • You will ensure every learner/employer will genuinely benefit from the internship exchange;
  • You will complete your profiles, keep your profile and internship offers up to date, and if no longer valid or required, promptly update it or remove it from the Website.
  • As part of your Inpraxi profile, you are required to upload your photo and a photo of your location.  When doing so:
    • You warrant that it is your own photo and our use of the photo will not infringe the rights of any other person.
    • You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that photo on The Website and elsewhere on or in connection with Inpraxi.

Inpraxi reserves the right to remove or edit your profile or any content you post on the  Website if we believe in our sole discretion that it infringes or violates another person’s rights or any laws in any country.

You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the site, the internet generally, and the information you post or access and for your conduct on and off the site.

8. Security Measures

We use several security measures for the protection of our users' privacy.

Discriminated access to data and resources: through the definition of different roles (see part »Roles« above) for each user in the administrative area, discriminated access to the resources and data processed and saved in the system are guaranteed, in this way each actor has access and can manage only the data for which it was authorized.  

Similarly, with the unique code assigned to each one, even web users, following authentication, will be able to access only the contents intended for them, as described in the previous paragraphs.

As an additional measure for the protection of learners under the age of digital consent, the Website prevents their self-registration. Minors' registration and use of the Website are managed by their educational institution's responsible person who has to ascertain their eligibility, verify their registration data, and activate their account.  

Furthermore, learner profiles are not publicly accessible. A full profile is only visible to employers that receive learner's applications. 

Information security:  Sensitive and private data exchange between the Website and their Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

Despite taking every care when providing security measures to safeguard your privacy, you must assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Website and the internet generally.

All content and tools on the Website are provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, truthfulness, reliability, availability, completeness, timeliness, relevance or that they are up to date and/or the information does not infringe the rights of third parties.

We expressly disclaim any and all liability for errors or omissions in connection with the Content and the Website.

We accept no responsibility for decisions taken by the user on the basis of the content and information available on the Website.

To the extent applicable law permits us to exclude our liability, we will not be liable for any loss, costs, claims, damages, and other expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or its contents. 

Inpraxi does not give any guarantee in relation to a) the properness of the internships b) the legality of the internships hosted and the non-infringement of third-party rights c) any viruses or fatal errors of the media systems.

In no event will Inpraxi be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for loss of profits, business, contracts, revenues, goodwill, production and anticipating savings or any indirect, consequential, special or economic loss of any kind arising from any failure to publish or host in a timely manner or at all any internship or from any faults, omissions, technical problems and malfunctioning attributed to the Website, Internet Service Providers or delays in the transmission or storage.

You are responsible for the backup of documents and communication exchanged on the Website.

YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE INTERNET GENERALLY, AND THE INFORMATION YOU POST OR ACCESS AND FOR YOUR CONDUCT ON AND OFF THE SITE.

10. Links from and to other Websites

Where the Website contains links to other websites and resources made available by third parties, such links and resources are provided for informational purposes only. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Inpraxi/Company of such third-party websites to which the links redirect or of the information that may be obtained from them.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

We recommend that you read the terms of use of third-party websites and check them regularly. You are solely responsible for your decision to access third-party websites and you assume the risk of following a link to a third-party site.

We reserve the right to withdraw any link without notice.

11. Personal data

For more information on how to use your personal data, consult the Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time).

12. Changes to these Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. If you are a User or Visitor to the Website, you are invited to check these Terms of Use to make sure you understand which ones are currently in force. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website. If you are a registered user of the Website and have accepted these Terms of Use, you will receive a notification which will be sent by one of the means normally used by the WBL PRO 2.0 to communicate with you.

13. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms of Use and all aspects relating to this Website and its Contents are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of these Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Triest.
