Centro cooperativo di attività sociali (“the company”, or “we”), undertakes to protect and respect your privacy during your visits to the INPRAXI.ONLINE website (also the "website", "Inpraxi").

This "Privacy Policy" together with the other documents referred to in this document describes the types of personal data we collect as well as how we collect, use and process them during your visit.

Information we collect and process

We collect, process, and use your personal data only to provide you with the best possible experience and only to the extent that they are necessary for the fulfillment of a contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. B DSGVO). This data is grouped into the following categories:

  1. Identity data means the name and/or any documents proving identity.
  2. Contact data means email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, country, job title and company name, field of study, and educational institution name.
  3. Registration data means any information you provide when registering to the Website.
  4. Technical data means information collected by log files including IP addresses from which you access the Website, access data such as time, date and duration, time zone settings, and the location of the device used, type, and the browser version used to access the Website or third-party websites, the operating system and platform type of the device used and details on other technologies present on the devices used to access to this Website, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks,  Internet Service Provider (ISP), cookies (as indicated in the Cookie Policy), apps and products and services, other communication data, the resources you access on the Websites. This information is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable and is collected to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement on the website, and gather demographic information.
  5. Profile data means any information you provide to us when completing your personal profile including your name, profile pictures, gender, date of birth, contact information, educational and professional details, and other information set in your profile fields.
  6. Content data means any information that you post to our website for publication on the internet, including your user name, your profile pictures, and the content of your posts or feedback. Any content you submit for publication in the Website's public area becomes our property and may be used for marketing purposes.
  7. Communication data means any information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us or other users through our website including the communication content and posted metadata associated with the communication and any other personal information that you choose to send to us.
  8. Marketing Communications Data means information that you provide for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (including your name and email address and information about how you respond to email, text message, telephone, and other marketing campaigns and about signing up to receive newsletters or the Company's latest news, developments and research.
  9. Social Media Data means any profile data and other information that you make public or otherwise share with us via social media.

Please remember that if you post any of your personal information in public areas of INPRAXI.ONLINE, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of INPRAXI.ONLINEor its present and future social media profiles and linked media outlets.

About cookie

Inpraxi uses cookies only for the protection and convenience of our users. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Minors‘ and Children's Information

Inpraxi is not intended for children under the age of 13. Where the child is below the age of 16 years or lower age in some countries (Check with your National Data Protection Authority), the registration to Inpraxi is allowed with the given or authorized consent by the holder of parental responsibility over the child (Article 8 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679).

Minor’s data is collected under the supervision and responsibility of their educational institution’s responsible person registered to Inpraxi(„Teacher" or "Educational institute coordinator") and is not published online. Such data is only available to registered employers to whom registered minors send their internship applications and only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the service.

We encourage parents, guardians, and educators to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide the online activity of minors and children.

Inpraxi does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.

If you think that your child or minor person provided this kind of information on our Website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

How we collect your data

Inpraxi collects data from and about you in different methods:

  1. Direct interactions - You can provide your Identity Data, Contact Data, Contact Forms and Surveys Data, Marketing Communications Data, and Social Media Data by filling in the forms or contacting us by mail, telephone, e-mail or otherwise.
  2. Other personal data that you provide to us when you use our services, create an account on the Website, subscribe to our services or publications, request the sending of marketing communications, enter a contest, promotion, or survey, provide feedback, or contact the Company.
  3.   4. Third-party or public sources - We will receive personal information about you from the following different third parties and public sources including public information made available by you on social media and similar websites and apps and/or public information about you present in public registers/lists, for example of associations or professional qualifications.

Google Analytics

Inpraxi uses Google Analytics, a third-party web measurement tool.

Google Analytics places a cookie on your computer so that it can recognise your computer if you visit our Sites in the future. This cookie does not collect personal identifying information. Please review the Google Analytics privacy policy for more information.
Users who choose to disable Google Analytics will still have full access to the Sites.

Google Maps

Inpraxi uses Google Maps in the "Search and Match" area. When you use Google Maps, you are subject to the Google privacy policy.

Duration of data retention

Will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

The data processed by us are deleted or their processing is limited in accordance with Arti. 17 and 18 of the GDPR. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this data privacy statement, the data stored by us is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no legal obligations to retain data prevent its deletion. Limitations are imposed on processing of the data which has not been deleted because it is required for other legally allowed purposes. In other words, such data is blocked and not accessible for processing for any other purpose.

Sharing data with third parties

We disclose your information to third parties in order to use it more efficiently and to provide you with content, resources and/or services. However, data is only shared under the following circumstances:

  • To suppliers to perform administrative and operational tasks useful for the purpose of the relationship with you. The supplier or suppliers will be subject to contractual and other legal obligations regarding data confidentiality and respect for privacy and will have access only to the data they need to perform their functions; generally, these are IT service providers (who host or support the Company's IT systems, including information relating to you). We also make use of suppliers of technological and IT services and solutions.
  • To government authorities or law enforcement agencies - Where, in our sole discretion, we believe that we are legally required or permitted or that it would be prudent, we will share your data with government, police, and regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Website and its Users happens over an SSL-secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Inpraxi's Privacy policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website concerning the information that they share and/or collect in Inpraxi. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

The conditions of this Privacy Policy may vary over time. We will communicate any material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting appropriate notices on this Website or by contacting you via other communication channels.
